JYSK leases 50,200 square meter logistics hub in Loriguilla

Danish home goods retailer JYSK has leased 50,200 square meters of rentable built surface in Loriguilla, Valencia. The facility is part of the Loriguilla Logistics Park, a larger platform exceeding 97,000 square meters owned by a joint venture between Bain Capital and Conren Tranway.

TPF Consulting advised JYSK on the lease agreement. The project involved Aspor Engineering, which handled building engineering, construction management, and fire protection projects, while also securing a BREEAM Excellent certification.

The new logistics hub is intended to support JYSK’s expansion in the Iberian Peninsula. The company currently operates over 230 stores in the region and plans to add 120 more locations across Spain and Portugal over the next four years.
