Jysk plans retail expansion into Vigo via new commercial park

The retail chain Jysk is preparing for an expansion into Vigo, Spain, as part of the planned Parque Comercial de Navia project. This new commercial area, located in O Caramuxo, has become viable following the implementation of Vigo's new urban planning regulations (PXOM).

While no official opening date has been set, Jysk has begun a recruitment process for 'Store Manager Trainee' positions in the city. The company noted that these candidates may initially be assigned to other locations due to the long-term nature of the Navia project. Other brands, including Aldi, Pepco, and Action, are also expected to establish a presence in the new commercial zone.
