JYSK to distribute 27.8 million DKK in bonuses to Danish employees

JYSK is distributing 27.8 million DKK in bonuses to its employees in Denmark following a strong 2025/26 fiscal year. The payout is divided between retail staff and workers at the Uldum distribution center.

Retail employees across 117 Danish stores will receive a total of 20.3 million DKK. This represents the second-highest bonus payout for stores in the company's history. Individual bonuses for store staff average 18,206 DKK, with the highest amounts reaching 40,000 DKK. The variation depends on sales growth compared to the previous year.

Additionally, 7.5 million DKK will be distributed among 900 warehouse employees at the Uldum distribution center. This marks the largest total bonus payout ever for the center, with an average of 8,400 DKK per worker and some receiving up to 12,000 DKK.

Globally, JYSK reported a turnover of 52.3 billion DKK during the fiscal year, welcoming 14 million new customers and opening 168 new stores.
