K Kavitha addresses Delhi excise policy case at Nizamabad rally

K Kavitha, leader of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), addressed a public meeting in Nizamabad where she spoke emotionally regarding her imprisonment in Tihar Jail related to the Delhi excise policy case.

Kavitha alleged that she was targeted by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) despite committing no wrongdoing. She noted that the court had previously observed that a probe should be conducted against the officer who investigated her case.

During her speech, she also criticized the previous administration's management of the Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Scheme, claiming it failed to provide water to Nizamabad despite significant expenditure. She concluded by outlining her ‘Panchajanyam’ platform, which focuses on free education, healthcare, and farmer welfare.
