K League clubs prepare for upcoming matches in South Korea

South Korean professional football clubs are preparing for upcoming K League matches. Jeonnam Dragons are set to host Hwaseong FC in a K League 2 fixture at Gwangyang Football Stadium. Following a recent loss to Chungbuk Cheongju, Jeonnam has bolstered its squad with the return of Kim Ju-heon and the addition of midfielder Jang Yun-ho to improve team balance.

In K League 1 action, Daejeon Hana Citizen will face Gangwon FC at Daejeon World Cup Stadium. Daejeon manager Hwang Sun-hong indicated that player Masa may be utilized as a ‘game changer’ in the second half. Meanwhile, Gangwon FC will be led by head coach Park Yong-ho on the sidelines, as manager Jeong Kyung-ho is unavailable due to accumulated yellow cards. Gangwon's coaching staff noted that player Lee Ki-hyeok was rested to protect him from minor injuries.
