KA Panionios delegation meets with Mayor of Kastoria

A delegation from the basketball club KA Panionios Cosmorama Travel met with the Mayor of Kastoria, Giannis Korentsidis, on Tuesday, August 25. The meeting took place at the Kastoria City Hall following the team's morning training session.

The Panionios delegation included Team Manager and Head of Basketball Operations Angelos Konstantopoulos, Sports Director Chris Huggaz, and General Secretary Dimitris Vergini. The purpose of the visit was to express gratitude to the Mayor for the hospitality, cooperation, and support provided to the team during their stay in the city.

During the meeting, the representatives discussed the sporting history of Kastoria, noting the city's legacy of producing great athletes and its historical football success in 1980. The visit concluded with an exchange of gifts, including a commemorative plaque from KA Panionios and a local city volume provided by the Mayor.
