Kabani Hotel Group to host investment forum in Miami

The Kabani Hotel Group will host its 10th Annual Hotel Investment Forum on October 29 at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami. The event aims to bring together over 300 hotel owners, lenders, brands, and advisers to discuss investment and financing strategies looking toward 2027 and 2030.

The forum agenda includes sessions on lending, refinancing, and capital flow. Participants will also examine the integration of artificial intelligence in hotel operations, revenue management, and guest experiences. Additional topics include extended-stay investment opportunities and the general direction of the industry.

Key speakers include Neil Shah, president and CEO of Hersha Hotels & Resorts, and Greg Friedman, CEO of Peachtree Group. Other industry representatives from companies such as MCR, Red Roof, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Marriott, and Choice Hotels International are scheduled to participate in various panels.
