Kabe no Ana launches limited-time autumn spaghetti menu

Spaghetti specialty shop Kabe no Ana has launched three seasonal autumn menu items available for a limited time starting September 16.

The new lineup includes:

- Autumn Salmon and Maitake Mentaiko Spaghetti with Ikura: A luxury dish featuring autumn salmon, maitake mushrooms, and salmon roe served with grated radish. - Autumn Eggplant and Mozzarella Cheese Meat Sauce: Featuring tender autumn eggplant soaked in specialty meat sauce. - Seasonal Mushroom Peperoncino: A dish utilizing six different varieties of mushrooms to emphasize texture and aroma.

Customers can upgrade to a large portion of any of these dishes for an additional 275 yen.
