Kacper Marzec appointed head coach of KSZO 1929

Kacper Marzec has been named the new head coach of the third-division football club KSZO 1929 Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski. Marzec, 37, signed a contract that runs through the end of the 2027/2028 season. While this marks his first role as a primary head coach, he brings extensive experience from various levels of Polish football, including stints with Legia Warszawa, Piast Gliwice, and Widzew Łódź.

During his coaching career, Marzec has participated in approximately 100 Ekstraklasa matches, 50 second-league matches, and 150 third-league matches. He has worked alongside several prominent coaches and has experience in both youth academy coordination and senior team management.

Joining the technical staff are Paweł Babiarz as assistant coach and Grzegorz Koprukowiak as the club's sporting director. Marzec has already conducted his first training sessions with the squad and expressed confidence in the team's strength and his ability to implement a long-developed tactical model.
