Kaden Honeycutt wins NASCAR Truck Series race at Richmond
Kaden Honeycutt secured a dominant victory in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Black’s Tire 250 at Richmond Raceway. Driving the No. 11 TRICON Garage Toyota, Honeycutt led 225 of the 250 laps, marking his second career series win and second victory of the season.
After a period of recent performance struggles, Honeycutt managed to sweep both stages of the race. He finished 1.313 seconds ahead of his TRICON Garage teammate, Corey Heim, who took second place. Christian Eckes completed the podium in third.
The win is a significant milestone for Honeycutt’s crew chief, Scott Zippadelli, who has now achieved 38 career series victories. The race, which faced weather delays, also saw Shane van Gisbergen and Grant Enfinger finish in fourth and fifth, respectively.
