Turkish television series undergo casting changes and new season preparations

Various Turkish television productions are undergoing significant changes and preparations ahead of upcoming seasons. In the series ‘Ömür Usta’, actor Bülent İnal has reportedly lost 12 kilograms to prepare for his role as Tunç, a restaurant owner.

Major casting shifts are occurring in several popular shows. For the 7th season of ‘Teşkilat’, Bensu Soral has joined the cast as Azra, starring alongside Tolga Sarıtaş following the departure of Rabia Soytürk. In the series ‘Gönül Dağı’, Semih Ertürk is leaving the production, and a time jump will introduce the grown-up version of the character Yusuf, played by Berke Acar.

Other updates include Onur Dilber joining the cast of the ATV series ‘Hamal’ as Mıhçı Hasan, alongside leads Oktay Kaynarca and Fahriye Evcen. Additionally, the series ‘Uzak Şehir’ has begun preparations for its 3rd season after its recent hiatus, while young actor Çağan Efe Ak continues to garner attention for his performance in ‘Daha 17’.
