Kadokawa releases opening sequence for Zombie Sagashitemasu anime

Kadokawa has released the creditless opening sequence for the upcoming anime adaptation of Katsuwo’s manga, ‘Zombie Sagashitemasu’ (I’m Looking For a Zombie). The series is being produced by Studio Comet and directed by Shin’ya Une.

The story is set thirteen years after the ‘Red Day,’ a social and civilizational collapse caused by a virulent disease that killed 90% of humanity, only for the deceased to rise as attacking zombies. The plot follows Aki, who lacks memories of the pre-collapse world, as she travels with friends Haru and Natsuki to find her missing father. Along their journey, they encounter and rescue Yuu and Sakura while navigating a world where survivors live far from major cities.
