KADOKAWA to release Pan Dorobou drawing book with stencil set

KADOKAWA has announced the release of ‘Pan Dorobou Oekaki Book Stencil Set Tokudai-go’, a special mook based on the popular picture book series by Keiko Shibata. Scheduled for release on February 22, 2027, the book is priced at 1,540 yen.

The publication includes a stencil set designed to help both children and adults draw the series' surreal and playful characters. The set features six stencil sheets depicting Pan Dorobou, the fake Pan Dorobou, and various bread characters, along with two original pens and a specialized base to prevent paper from slipping during use.

In addition to the stencil tools, the book contains various coloring and drawing activities. The series has seen significant success, with the latest installment, ‘Pan Dorobou to Sasurai Ramen’, released in September 2026, and an animated television series that began broadcasting on E-Tele in October.
