Kaduna NBA commends Governor Sani for judicial investments

The Kaduna State chapter of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has commended Governor Uba Sani for investments aimed at strengthening the state's judiciary. Key measures include the renovation and rehabilitation of the High Court complex and the provision of 40 official vehicles for judges serving in the High Court, Shari’ah Court of Appeal, and Customary Court of Appeal.

Additionally, the governor has restored robe allowances for Magistrates, including the payment of outstanding 2024 allowances. While praising these steps, the Kaduna NBA urged the government to extend similar logistical and infrastructural support, such as official vehicles and improved facilities, to magistrates and judicial officers in lower courts to ensure effective justice delivery.
