Kagoshima prosecutors drop charges against two men in separate cases

Separately, a 45‑year‑old unemployed man, alleged to have participated in a fraud scheme that extracted a total of ¥11 million from a man in his 60s, was also not indicted. The court cited an assessment of the evidence as the basis for the non‑prosecution.
