Kahramanmaraş Book Fair hosts psychologist Beyhan Budak

At the 11th International Kahramanmaraş Book Fair, clinical psychologist and author Beyhan Budak held a session focusing on healthy family dynamics, parent-child relationships, and self-confidence.

During the event, held in the UNESCO City of Literature, Budak emphasized the importance of self-understanding and active listening to strengthen interpersonal connections. She highlighted the responsibility of creating environments where children feel safe to express their thoughts and learn from mistakes without fear.
