Kahramanmaraş Castle hosts revived outdoor cinema event

The Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality has revived the historic ‘Kale Sineması’ (Castle Cinema) event at the newly restored Kahramanmaraş Castle. The outdoor cinema screening brought hundreds of citizens together to watch the classic Turkish film ‘Neşeli Günler’ against the backdrop of the castle’s historic landscape.

Directed by Orhan Aksoy and written by Sadık Şendil, the film features prominent Turkish actors such as Münir Özkul, Adile Naşit, Şener Şen, and Ayşen Gruda. The event, coordinated by the Press, Publication, and Public Relations Department, aimed to provide a nostalgic atmosphere for families and residents to enjoy a cinematic classic in an open-air setting.
