Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality launches student exam center

The Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality has commenced level placement exams for its Pusula Maraş Education Center. This initiative, led by Mayor Fırat Görgel, provides free educational support to students preparing for the High School Transition System (LGS) and the Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS).

Following a preliminary application process, thousands of students participated in exams held at Şehit Akif Akçadağ Anatolian High School. Students will be classified by level to prepare for the 2026–2027 academic year. The program aims to promote equality of opportunity by offering not only academic instruction but also guidance, motivation, and follow-up support to help students manage exam anxiety and develop effective study habits.
