Kahramanmaraş Motofest attracts 50,000 visitors

The second annual Kahramanmaraş Motofest drew approximately 50,000 visitors to the EXPO Fairground between September 11 and 13. The event combined motorcycle culture with music, sports, and adrenaline-filled activities.

Among the participants, 1,500 motorcycle enthusiasts stayed in designated camping areas, while over 4,000 others attended the various shows, competitions, and social activities. The festival attracted attendees from various Turkish cities as well as international visitors from the United Kingdom, Germany, and Azerbaijan.

Onikişubat Mayor Hanifi Toptaş visited the site, noting that such festivals contribute to the social and psychological recovery of the city following recent earthquakes. The event was supported by the Onikişubat Municipality and led by the Türk Chopper Kahramanmaraş group, with Quick Sigorta serving as the main sponsor. Musical performances included sets by Velet, Sura İskenderli, and Sena Şener.
