Kai Cenat legal team issues cease-and-desist to Reggie Travers

Legal representatives for streamer Kai Cenat have issued a cease-and-desist letter to former friend and streaming partner Reggie Travers. The legal action follows online allegations made by Travers accusing Cenat of grooming a 17-year-old member of the Clover Boys streaming group and exchanging sexual favors for platforming.

Cenat’s lawyers have characterized these claims as “categorically false” and “nonsense,” stating that Travers has provided no evidence to support his accusations. The letter demands that Travers delete all videos containing these allegations, noting that the claims have caused significant harm to Cenat’s reputation and business operations. Additionally, the legal team accused Travers of making threats that have caused safety concerns among Cenat’s employees.

Travers has indicated he is prepared to contest the matter in court, sharing documents that appear to be a petition for a temporary restraining order filed by Cenat. The dispute escalated in late September after Travers, who recently left the Clover Boys, also alleged he received a monthly allowance of $175,000 which he described as “hush money.”
