KAI Commuter runs 36 daily trips on Solo‑Yogyakarta line
PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) Commuter Line confirmed that its Solo Balapan–Yogyakarta electric‑rail service will operate normally, providing about 36 round‑trip journeys each day. Trains depart at roughly 20‑ to 30‑minute intervals from the first departure at 05:10 WIB in Solo and 05:20 WIB in Yogyakarta, with the last services leaving around 20:40 WIB (Solo) and 21:10 WIB (Yogyakarta). The route covers ten stations, including Solo Balapan, Palur, Solo Jebres, Gawok, Delanggu, Ceper, Klaten, Srowot, Brambanan, Maguwo and Lempuyangan, and the end‑to‑end travel time is about one hour.
A flat fare of Rp 8,000 applies per trip, payable via Multi‑Trip cards, e‑money, Flazz, Brizzi, Tapcash or the KAI Access app. KAI Commuter advises passengers to check real‑time schedules before travel and to arrive early at stations.
