KAI postpones Solo Jebres Station premises clearing

PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) Daop 6 Yogyakarta has postponed the scheduled clearing of the Solo Jebres Station premises, which was originally set for October 8, 2026. The company stated that a new schedule will be announced at a later date.

KAI officials noted that the station management is intended to improve safety, security, and passenger comfort. Solo Jebres Station currently serves an average of 5,100 passengers daily, including long-distance travelers, electric commuter trains (KRL), and the Adi Soemarmo Airport train.

Prior to the postponement, KAI Daop 6 conducted several stages of preparation, including three rounds of socialization, mediation, and the gradual issuance of warning letters.
