KAI Properti completes recruitment of 632 railway crossing guards

KAI Properti has completed its recruitment process for Railway Crossing Guards (PJL). Out of 12,957 applicants, 632 candidates were selected to fill positions across various regions based on operational needs.

Company Secretary Agus Junaedi stated that the selection involved multiple stages, including administration, psychology, interviews, and health checks, to ensure candidates met the necessary requirements. The successful recruits will undergo On the Job Training (OJT) to gain practical field experience before officially beginning their duties.
