Kai Tak Kai residential project launches in Southwest Kowloon
The new residential development ‘Kai Tak Kai’ (叡璟) is being introduced in Southwest Kowloon, aiming to become a local landmark. The project consists of six phases with a total of approximately 2,200 units, integrating residential, commercial, and green spaces.
A notable feature of the development is the introduction of the popular mainland Chinese retail brand ‘China Resources MixC Lifestyle’ to the project’s podium, offering international retail and dining experiences within the West Kowloon area.
The first phase, ‘Kai Tak Kai I’, is launching 102 units with sale prices starting from approximately HK$5.3 million. The units range from one to three bedrooms, with floor areas between 304 and 657 square feet. The project is located near the West Kowloon Cultural District and is a two-minute walk from the Nam Cheong MTR station, providing easy access to the High Speed Rail station.
Amenities include a 170,000-square-foot clubhouse featuring AI-powered fitness coaching, ice baths, and recovery boots, as well as a 120,000-square-foot ‘Urban Oasis’ garden, a pet park, and a children’s playground.
