Kaiserslautern hosts Rock meets Classical benefit concert

The Landespolizeiorchester Rheinland-Pfalz performed a benefit concert titled ‘Rock trifft Klassik’ at Schillerplatz in Kaiserslautern. Led by Florian Weber, the symphonic wind orchestra blended classical arrangements with rock, pop, and soul hits.

The program featured a diverse repertoire, including works by Rossano Galante, alongside covers of songs by artists such as Prince, Robbie Williams, Beyoncé, and Elton John. The concert series, which originated in Kandel in 2023, continues to showcase various musical genres ranging from ballads to film music.
