Kaizen Rob Bernstein Chief Financial Officer RegTech executive appointment

Kaizen has appointed Rob Bernstein as its new Chief Financial Officer. Bernstein brings over 15 years of experience in senior finance roles within the technology and RegTech sectors.

Bernstein previously served as CFO at SteelEye since 2020 and has held leadership positions at RegTek Solutions and TIM Group. His expertise includes managing financial strategy and building finance organizations for growth-stage technology companies.

This appointment follows the recent addition of Sam North as Chief Product Officer. Kaizen CEO Mike Leach stated that Bernstein’s experience in private equity-backed environments and RegTech will support the company’s long-term strategy and next phase of growth as it scales its regulatory reporting assurance platform.
