Kalamata releases new album Zenosyne after nine‑year hiatus

German psychedelic stoner‑rock trio Kalamata, based in Hildesheim, returns after a nine‑year break with their third album, Zenosyne. The five‑track LP, released on 26 June 2026 through Copper Feast Records (London/Amsterdam) and Made of Stone Recordings (Thessaloniki), explores the sensation that time accelerates with age. Recorded in late 2025 with producer Ingo Bednar in Hannover and mastered by Role Wiegner in Oldenburg, Zenosyne blends dense, heavy riffs with melodic psychedelia, drawing influence from 70s rock and post‑metal acts.
