Kali Protectives launches lightweight titanium helmet as 5Dev adds aerodynamic handlebar accessory

Kali Protectives introduced the Kali Kru integral helmet, weighing 650 g in size S/M and featuring a fully integrated 360° titanium chin bar molded into the shell. The design improves ventilation, field of vision and meets ASTM F1952, CPSC and EN 1078 certifications for downhill mountain biking.

5Dev unveiled the Shredville XC Flat Bar Hood Mount, a device that lets riders attach conventional road‑bike brake levers to a flat MTB handlebar. The add‑on complies with the 2026 Leadville Trail 100 MTB rule that bans full road drop bars, allowing a more aerodynamic hand position without replacing the bar. Both products aim to enhance performance and comfort for endurance MTB athletes.
