Kalisz retail park S1 nears completion with 20,000 sqm of space

Construction of the S1 retail park on Majkowska Street in Kalisz is entering its final stages. Located on the site of a former Tesco hypermarket, the complex will offer approximately 20,000 square meters of net leasable area (GLA).

The project is being developed by the Saller Group through the investor Europrojekt Alfa Saller Polbau, with Budrem from Ostrów Wielkopolski serving as the general contractor. The facility is expected to house over 20 commercial units and is scheduled to open between late November and December 2026.

Confirmed tenants include Sinsay, CCC, dm, Martes Sport, Worldbox, Fitness Fitstyle, Smyk, RTV Euro AGD, and Shock Price. The investor intends to add more service and health-oriented businesses to the lineup before completion.
