Kamala Sai School director faces investigation over illegal timber sales

Alumni of Kamala Sai School in Kalasin province are pushing for legal action against the school director following allegations of illegal timber sales. The investigation focuses on the unauthorized cutting and sale of school trees to timber merchants without permission from the Treasury Department. Police are pursuing two separate legal tracks: one for malfeasance in office (Section 157) against the school director, and another for theft against the group of loggers involved.
