Kamgel receives approval for luxury hotel complex in Tivat

The company Kamgel has received environmental approval to proceed with the construction of a luxury tourism complex in Tivat, Montenegro. The Agency for Environmental Protection granted consent following an environmental impact assessment, confirming that the project complies with legal standards and includes necessary measures to prevent, reduce, or eliminate harmful environmental effects.

The planned development is located in the Đuraševići settlement, near the Flower Island and Kalardovo beach, covering an area of 24,369 square meters. The complex will be divided into two zones: an upper zone featuring a five-star hotel with 40 luxury accommodation units, a spa and wellness center, and an a la carte restaurant, and a lower zone consisting of 20 villas or dependency houses.

The project is designed to provide 161 beds and 85 parking spaces, aiming to combine modern architecture with high-standard services and panoramic views.
