Kamień Pomorski launches healthy aging rehabilitation program

Uzdrowisko Kamień Pomorski S. A. is launching a health policy program titled ‘Healthy Aging – Rehabilitation and Spa Treatment for Residents of Kamień Pomorski for 2026-2030’. The initiative was established following a resolution by the Kamień Pomorski City Council.

For the year 2026, the program will accommodate up to 130 participants between October 26 and December 23. Services will be provided at the Mieszko Physiotherapy Center. The program targets adult residents of the Kamień Pomorski municipality aged 50 and older who suffer from degenerative or inflammatory musculoskeletal diseases, past injuries, or peripheral nervous system diseases.

To qualify, applicants must be registered residents of the municipality and provide a referral from a primary care or specialist physician. Participants must also provide written consent. Individuals who have received similar rehabilitation or spa treatments funded by the municipality, NFZ, ZUS, KRUS, or PFRON for the same condition within the previous 12 months are excluded from the program.
