Kamil Grosicki to be portrayed in new biographical film

A biographical film about Polish football player Kamil Grosicki is currently in development. According to sports journalist Piotr Wołosik in the ‘Ofensywni’ podcast, production has already begun, and filming may have recently started.

Award-winning actor Dawid Ogrodnik has been cast in the lead role. Ogrodnik has reportedly spent approximately two years conducting research and spending time with Grosicki to prepare for the part. The film is expected to depict the career of the 38-year-old winger, who represented Poland in multiple World Cups and European Championships.

The production may also feature other figures from the football world, including Polish Football Association president Cezary Kulesza, who is set to be portrayed by Robert Talarczyk.
