Kana Nagai takes second at Hokkaido Meiji Cup

Kana Nagai finished in second place, marking her fourth runner-up finish of the season. She delivered a bogey-free final round of 69, finishing two strokes behind the leader. This performance improved her standing in the Mercedes Rankings to third place in the race for the season title. Reika Miyako finished in 11th place with a total of 2-under par. Despite a strong start that included consecutive birdies on the 8th and 9th holes, she struggled in the latter half of the round with consecutive bogeys on the 17th and 18th holes. Miyako expressed frustration on social media regarding her missed opportunity to break into the top 10, noting that she has narrowly missed the mark in recent competitions.
