Kanazawa and Morioka unveil 2026 festival artist lineups

The fourth round of performers for the Kagayaki Fest 2026 in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture was announced on July 30. The two‑day event will take place on October 3‑4 across eight venues, including the Kanazawa Opera House, and now features a total of 65 idol groups and bands such as NGT48, OCHA NORMA, KAWAII LAB., and REIRIE.

Separately, the fourth‑round lineup for the Ishigaki Music Festival 2026 in Morioka, Iwate Prefecture was released, listing acts like AFTER I DIE, Brown Basket, FLWR COMPANY, PIGGS and SBE among others. The festival is scheduled for September 19 and will run across nine venues, with a free “city‑center stage” offering open‑access performances. Ticket sales for the free stage begin on August 1.
