Kane Parsons releases new Backrooms short film “Everything Must Go”

Director Kane Parsons has released a new horror short titled “Everything Must Go,” marking his first short-form release since the theatrical success of the Backrooms film. The short, which is the 25th in the series, explores a new region known as the “Kelowna Branch” and features the mysterious scientific organization Async.

Originally intended as a theater-exclusive 16-minute special following the main feature, the “Everything Must Go Edition” content is now being made available via Parsons’ YouTube channel. In Japan, the additional footage will be screened in theaters with Japanese subtitles. The short is also expected to be included in the upcoming Backrooms Blu-ray set.
