Kanika Juneja exits Nestlé as Maggi Noodles Marketing Head

Kanika Juneja has stepped down from her position as Category Marketing Head for Maggi Noodles at Nestlé, ending a six-year tenure with the company. Juneja originally joined Nestlé in September 2020 and had been leading the Maggi Noodles category since March 2024.

During her time at Nestlé, Juneja held various roles, including Marketing Manager for Maggi Flavor World and Digital Head for Maggi. Her responsibilities included overseeing the Maggi cooking aids portfolio—such as spices, coconut milk, and cubes—as well as managing digital mandates across social media, search, and influencer marketing.

In a LinkedIn announcement, Juneja highlighted several key initiatives from her tenure, including the Maggi x UNIQLO collaboration, the Apna Food Business project, and the release of a Maggi 50-year India Post commemorative stamp. She noted that while she is proud of business milestones regarding market share and growth, her greatest achievement was integrating the brand into broader culture.
