Kanna Hashimoto drama 'Vacation Law' uses ILLIT's 'I Got Your Back' as opening theme

ABEMA’s original Japanese drama ‘バカンスの法則’ (English title ‘Vacation Law’) stars Kanna Hashimoto alongside Korean actor チェ・ジョンヒョプ. The series follows a over‑worked protagonist who retreats to a seaside villa and meets a mysterious manager, sparking a summer‑time romance. The show premieres on July 27, 2024 with new 15‑minute episodes released three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) on the ABEMA SPECIAL channel.

K‑pop girl group ILLIT’s Japan 2nd single “I Got Your Back” has been selected as the drama’s opening theme. The track will be released digitally on July 26 and on CD on July 29. A preview of the drama featuring the song was also released, highlighting the bright, upbeat rock‑style melody that underscores the series’ “detox romance” premise.
