Kano Pillars face Shooting Stars SC in rescheduled NPFL match

Kano Pillars are set to face Shooting Stars SC (3SC) in a rescheduled Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) Matchday 3 fixture at the Lekan Salami Stadium in Ibadan.

Kano Pillars enter the match in an unbeaten streak of six games, currently holding 10 to 11 points and positioned in the upper half of the table. The team is aiming to break a long-standing drought at the venue, having not secured an away point against 3SC since June 2017. Key players for Pillars include Ahmed Musa and Rabiu ‘Pele’ Ali.

Shooting Stars SC currently sits near the bottom of the table with seven points. The hosts will look to leverage home advantage to improve their standing following a recent 0-0 draw against Nasarawa United.
