Kansai ramen shops launch promotions and new openings

Various ramen establishments in the Kansai region are launching promotions and new openings. To celebrate the Hanshin Tigers' victory, Ramen Makotoya is offering a three-day campaign from October 4 to October 6, 2026, providing free items such as beer, highballs, or gyoza at 61 locations across several prefectures.

In Osaka, Ramen Station is hosting a three-day campaign following the league victory, allowing customers to add up to 20 slices of chashu to select permanent menu items at no extra cost. Meanwhile, in Kobe, Raamen Kobe Taro is holding a founding anniversary sale on October 3, 2026, offering half-priced ramen at its Maya and Hanare locations.

Additionally, a new restaurant named Janmen is scheduled to open in the Itayado area of Kobe on October 8, 2026. Originating from a yakiniku restaurant in Kochi Prefecture, Janmen specializes in ramen designed to be paired with rice, featuring a spicy sauce based on a secret yakiniku recipe.
