Kansai University to host festival in Fukuoka

Kansai University will host the “Kansai University Festival in Kyushu/Okinawa” on October 24, 2026, at Canal City Hakata in Fukuoka City. The event aims to strengthen connections between the university, its alumni, and the local community.

The festival will feature stage performances by alumni, including the YouTuber group Lazy Lie Crazy and professional wrestlers from Kansai International Pro Wrestling (KIW), as well as musical performances by alumni artists. The event will also include food stalls featuring local specialties from Kyushu, Okinawa, and Osaka.

For prospective students and their parents, the university will provide entrance examination guidance and English language preparation lectures conducted by cram school instructors. A reception for alumni and their families will be held at the Grand Hyatt Fukuoka later that evening.
