Kansas City Chiefs adjust roster with Armstrong and Carter
The Kansas City Chiefs have made several roster adjustments to address depth issues caused by recent injuries. On October 23, the team promoted wide receiver Andrew Armstrong from the practice squad to the active roster. This move follows injuries to Rashee Rice and Tyquan Thornton, the latter of whom was placed on injured reserve due to an ankle injury.
Additionally, the Chiefs signed running back Nate Carter to the practice squad. Carter had been briefly released from the practice squad earlier in the week. The addition provides depth behind lead running back Kenneth Walker III, who currently leads the league in rushing yards and yards per game.
