Kansas City Chiefs fans rank second in Nielsen fandom index

A Nielsen study has ranked Kansas City Chiefs fans as the second-best fanbase in the NFL, earning a fandom index score of 194. The Buffalo Bills took the top spot with a score of 208, followed by the Green Bay Packers at 171.

The Nielsen index measures fan engagement through several metrics, including apparel purchases, general interest levels, live event attendance, betting intent, social media engagement, radio listenership, streaming habits, and linear TV viewership.

In recent team activities, veteran safety Alohi Gilman recorded an interception during 11-on-11 drills. Other defensive highlights included a pass breakup by cornerback Nohl Williams and a batted pass by defensive tackle Peter Woods. During practice, the team utilized under-center rushes for 69.6% of their 23 designed plays.
