He claims his work appears on five tracks of Vultures 2 and on two tracks of Bully, for a total of seven released songs. The suit seeks $110,000 in compensation for those services and alleges that West’s team had initially acknowledged his contributions, promised to update streaming‑platform credits and discussed a buyout, but never delivered payment or credit.

The lawsuit revives a broader debate about ownership of AI‑generated content in music, especially after Ye publicly asserted that Bully was made without AI.
