Kaohsiung to host Shen Yun and World of Warcraft concerts

Major cultural performances are scheduled for Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in late 2026.

Shen Yun Performing Arts has announced its 2027 Taiwan tour, which will begin its Asian leg in Kaohsiung on December 28, 2026. The tour will span five cities—Kaohsiung, Taipei, Taoyuan, Chiayi, and Changhua—with 27 performances scheduled through January 31, 2027. Tickets for the tour are set to go on sale on August 20.

Additionally, the official flagship symphony concert, ‘World of Warcraft: 20 Years of Music’, will be held at the Kaohsiung City Cultural Center on December 12, 2026. Produced by the Swiss company Helvepic, the concert features international conductor Thanapol Setabrahmana leading the Kaohsiung City Wind Orchestra and the Kaohsiung Chamber Choir. Tickets for the Kaohsiung show will be available starting August 24.
