Turkey hosts major enduro and karting motor sports championships

Major motor sports events have commenced in Turkey, featuring both the Turkey Super Enduro Championship and the Motul Turkey Karting Championship.

In Kocaeli, the second leg of the Turkey Super Enduro Championship is being held at Motocross Park Kartepe. Sponsored by the Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, the event features approximately 40 athletes competing across seven categories, including professional, master, and women's classes. The competition takes place on a 650-meter extreme course involving both natural terrain and artificial obstacles. Mehmet Emin Musaoğlu of the İznik Motorcycle Sports Club won the GP general classification race.

In Nevşehir, the Kapadokya Motor Sports Complex hosted its first official event, the fourth leg of the Motul Turkey Karting Championship. Approximately 55 pilots participated in five categories: micro, mini, junior, senior, and master. The 814-meter long track is notable for being the first in the championship capable of hosting night races. The facility aims to boost regional tourism and is scheduled to host the spectator stage of the 2026 Turkey Rally Championship.
