Kappa Sushi launches Minami tuna festival

Kappa Sushi is hosting its ‘Kappa no Oudou Maguro Matsuri’ (Kappa’s Royal Tuna Festival) across all its locations in Japan from October 22 to November 11. The campaign features a variety of menu items centered on Minami tuna, including premium red meat (akami), medium fatty tuna (chutoro), and large fatty tuna (otoro).

Key offerings include Minami tuna red meat priced at 121 yen per piece, marinated red meat with yuzu for 176 yen, and a three-part tasting platter featuring otoro, chutoro, and akami for 594 yen. Other menu items include tuna tempura udon, tuna bowls, and various combinations of different tuna cuts.

All festival items are limited to dine-in service. Availability may vary by location, and items may sell out or end earlier than scheduled depending on weather, supply, or sales volume.
