Kappa Sushi to launch seafood-based oden menu nationwide

Kappa Sushi, a member of the Colowide Group, has announced the launch of a new oden menu featuring four varieties: daikon radish, egg, konnyaku, and satsuma-age. Starting September 3, 2026, these items will be available at all Kappa Sushi locations.

The menu focuses on a seafood-based dashi broth made with bonito flakes to complement the restaurant's sushi offerings. Customers can purchase individual items or an oden assortment. To allow for flavor customization, the company is providing three types of condiments—mustard, shichimi pepper, and ginger—free of charge via touch-panel ordering.

The new menu is positioned to cater to light snackers and those looking for a beverage accompaniment, such as highballs or lemon sours.
