Kaprijke utility works scheduled for Vrouw- and Stationsstraat

Ondernemingen N. Vindevogel nv will conduct preparatory utility works in the Vrouw- and Stationsstraat areas of Kaprijke from September 14 to October 23, 2026. Commissioned by De Watergroep, the project involves sewage works and the connection of drinking water pipes.

The project will be executed in two phases. The first phase involves work between Plein 37 and Vrouwstraat 46, as well as various sections of Stationsstraat, utilizing alternating traffic control. The second phase, located from Vrouwstraat 74 to 80, will implement one-way traffic with diversions via Wauterstraat, Beekstraat, Vaartstraat, and Plein.

To ensure safety, a rolling parking ban will be in effect. Residents will maintain access to their homes via temporary walkways or corridors throughout the duration of the works.
