Karabiga Municipality announces land sale tender in Çanakkale

Karabiga Municipality has announced a tender for the sale of two real estate properties located in the Zeytinlik and Uluçamı neighborhoods of Çanakkale. The auction, conducted under the State Tender Law No. 2886, is scheduled for October 12, 2026, at 14:00 at the municipal service building.

The first property is a 407.77 square meter plot in the Zeytinlik neighborhood zoned for commercial use. It has a determined estimated value of 8,750,000 TL and a building height limit of 7.50 meters. The second property, located in Uluçamı, measures 2,295.31 square meters.
